I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)

I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, Etc.

Even if they bought the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.

The client must credit me,Mikolen as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased.

PLEASE do not rush me, its okay to check in for progress. I'll let you know the time estimate for your commission, if it will take longer than the time given, I'll say so

Payment must be upfront

When Dm'ing me, please say straight up that you're interested in commissions on your first message, i get a lot of bot messages and i don't want to accidentally ignore you

I render on top of sketches, so I will send the sketch with flat colors, and wait for the client to give the go ahead, or request changes before rendering

You can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels(With credit)

You cannot make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)

You CANNOT use my art for anything resembling NFT's. I am strongly against them.

You cannot alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

Unless i am told and agree to it, You Cant use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

You will get a HD quality of the illustration if there are no more revisions left.
